I started using iHomefinder as a single agent here in Southern Utah a little more than a year ago.
Prior to that I had searched far a wide trying to find the best MLS/IDX solution for my website but decided on iHomefinder

iHomefinder is by far the best program I have ever used to capture clients by only their eMail address and it establishes a direct bond between you and a client you've never met, in most cases. I couldn't do without it.
